3. PLACING AN ORDER WITH US
3.1. The description of the Product
We endeavour to make sure that every product on the Website is shown in an accurate fashion and that the prices quoted therein are correct. However, occasionally there may be small variations incolour, typefaces and layout. Electronic Charity Cards disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this Website is accurate, complete, up to date or does not infringe the rights of any third party.
3.2. Ordering
On placing an
order with us (by choosing an item and completing our online checkout
process), we will send you an acknowledgement by way of email. This will
detail the products that you have ordered. Please note that your
completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our
acceptance of your order.
Our acceptance of your order only takes place when we despatch it.
A ‘purchase contract’ between you and Electronic Charity Cards is
therefore made at the point ofdespatch, rather than at the point of
payment. If you have cancelled your order, or if we notify you that we
cannot accept your order, then no purchase contract will have been
made.
From time to time, we may not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:
If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund to you. We wouldpoint out that this does not affect your statutory rights.
3.3. The Process of Personalising your Cards
Electronic Charity Cards aims to provide to you a fast, high-quality service, so any products you order are immediately sent
for production and delivery. Please double-check your order on screen
and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details
therein are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation
has been mis-spelt due to an error made by you. You can only make
changes to your order whilst its status on your ‘Order History’ (under
the ‘My Account’ tab) shows as ‘Order Received’.
If you are uploading
a photo image, we would ask you to please note an image must be in JPEG
format. Any other format such as Word documents and PDFs cannot be
accepted. For best results, we advise that you make the image dimensions
approximately 1,000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. We
print images at 300DPI (Dots Per Inch), so if you are scanning the image
we recommend that you use this setting. If you try to upload a photo
that has a lower resolution or image size, we will accept it. However,
an on screen warning will appear to let you know that the image might
not print very well or to your satisfaction.
3.4. Ordering multiple cards
Multiple cards can be ordered at the same time and we will endeavor that they are despatched on the same day, but it should be noted that they may arrive separately.
3.5. Mode of Payment
We use Realex Payments as our external payment provider for online transactions at Charitycardsireland.ie. We require the Card holder name and Credit card details so that we can pass this to Realex Payments, who check the address against the cardholder's details for security purposes. We don't store the credit card details on our server. Realex Payments requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure Realex Payments server and data passing between CharityCardsIreland.ie servers and Realex Payments are encrypted using 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
4. SUPPLY AND PRICING OF GOODS

We aim to ensure the accuracy of delivery times and the charges applicable thereto.
We would ask you to note in particular the following:
6. ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Before you request a change, alteration or cancellation, it is best to check the status of your order by going to the ‘Order History’ section which can be found under the ‘My Account’ tab. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if the status is on the ‘Order Received’. If the status displays ‘Order Printing’ or ‘Order Sent’ then it has already been printed or despatched and, unfortunately, cannot be altered or cancelled.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Electronic Charity Cards, we always try to send your cards in a perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a card is damaged or delivery has been made of the wrong item we ask you to please contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible.
